| Some awesome person carried two adirondack chairs up to the top of the ridge behind our house. Perfect place to sit for a break while hiking. There is nothing better than the smell of hot pine needles. Let summer begin! |

| The plexiglass plate has been prepped and waits on the press. |

| The paper that has been soaking is rolled between thick blotting papers to remove any excess water. |

| Paper is carefully laid onto the plate and covered with the wool blankets then cranked through the press. The bird is a lift print that will be bonded with the wet paper (chine colle). You will see the other side of the paper on the finished print. |

| Hands down my favorite part. Lifting the print. It's like Christmas morning every time. You never know what you're going to get! |

| I love our cedar rounds patio. The rounds are from my AMAZING cousins in Bella Coola B.C The Stone table top sits on cinder blocks for a "rustic college" vibe!!! |

| Sometimes simple can be the best answer to a blank piece of paper. I'm not a watercolor expert by any stretch of the imagination but they are cool to play with. Watercolors are fun, but the printing press is calling..... (I am playing with some photo tools and liking the results) |
